Activity Officer: Administer activities; monitor and report on activities and bookings; interact with Activity Owners; record decisions and communicate via activity Admin Notes
Member Officer: Assist Activity Owners manage bookings; provide advice on prior experience of participants who are not known to an Activity Officer.
Membership SecretaryMember Officer: Process membership applications; message users in response to queries and to send information (eg how to join, how to pay); use Admin Notes to record decisions and actions on membership and payments; monitor and report on membership numbers and trends. 
Receipt Officer: Add manual receipts and view payment records.
Activity Officer: Check activity attendance to determine if membership requirements are met.
Check-In Officer
Back up Check-In Officers (assigned to individuals, not positions)
Activity Officer: Access individual activities to obtain information required by emergency services, such as the planned route, leader and participant details.
Member Officer: Obtain participant details required by emergency services if not available from within the relevant Activity (e.g. because the participant has not shared relevant details with the Activity Owner).

Web ManagerSuper Admin: Help users and liaise with Bilby Account Manager.  Configure activities, membership products, CBC Details screen, and tags.  Assign tags and Bilby Admin Officer roles.

Super Admin Users:

Bilby allows up to three Super Admin users, which provides the highest level of access in Bilby.  The Web Manager must be a Super Admin user, plus up to two other committee members depending on their experience, skills and interests (i.e. not assigned according to committee role).
