Receipt Officer: Add manual receipts and view payment records. Activity Officer: Check activity attendance to determine if membership requirements are met. |
Check-In Officer Back up Check-In Officers (assigned to individuals, not positions) | Activity Officer: Access individual activities to obtain information required by emergency services, such as the planned route, leader and participant details. Super Admin Users:
Bilby allows up to three Super Admin users, which provides the highest level of access in Bilby. The Web Manager must be a Super Admin user, plus up to two other committee members depending on their experience, skills and interests (i.e. not assigned according to committee role).
