It’s very easy to show your future and past bookings in Bilby. Go to your account and use My Bookings. By default Upcoming Bookings are shown. Switch to the Past Bookings tab to see those.
For each booking, use the View Details link. From here you can immediately check any 1-to-1 Notes between you and the activity owner, or send one. No tagging is available because 1-to-1 Notes always generate a Bilby alert. Switching to the Activity Info tab, you can view the activity details.
If your booking has been accepted (marked as Valid), use the Message Board tab. This allows you to enter a message to a particular participant (tag with @username) or to all (tag with @everyone). Tagging an entry causes Bilby to send an alert email to the tagged user, signalling that there is a message to be read. If you do not tag your message, no Bilby alert is generated. You can also see all the entries shared between valid users.
