The Club management system, Bilby, has been operating since August 2022. These tips and FAQs may help you in using this system to manage your membership and participation in activities.

Logging in
- To login to the system, go to Canberra Bushwalking Club (mybilby.com). If you’ve previously logged out you’ll be given the option to Sign In again and from there you’ll go to the Activities.
- Simply enter your email address and your password and click on the Sign in button or ask for your password to be reset, if necessary.
Logging out
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen and the drop-down menu will display the My Account and Log Out options.
- Simply click on Log out.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click Forgot your password?. Bilby will ask for your email address and will then email you a link to enable you to reset your password.
Renewing Your Membership
The Club’s membership period is 12 months from the date a new member is approved, or 12 months from an existing member’s renewal date. If it’s time to renew your membership you’ll be sent a reminder notice several weeks beforehand. If, you’ve accidentally let it lapse then please just follow this link to renew your membership.
