- Process membership applications
- Allocate roles – leader, committee member or other administrative role, and honorary life member
- View member and guest details e.g. membership expiry date, or emergency contact details
- View the activity history of members and guests
- Search the member and guest database by role, status, age range, and first aid status.
User Management also allows authorised users to edit member and guest data, though these edits would normally be done by the guest or member themselves.

We hope that most of User Management is self-explanatory. However, if you are new to using User Management, we suggest you start by reading about views of the user database. If a user seems to have ‘disappeared’, it is probably because they have moved into a different view.
