The Contact Us form appears on the Home Page, and on the About us > Contact Us page. This Help Page describes how to edit the Contact Us form and how to edit its system-generated emails.
The Contact Us form is managed through the WordPress site. When a user submits a Contact Us form, that action triggers two system-generated emails: one to the General Secretary conveying the inquiry, and one to the inquirer acknowledging receipt of the inquiry. These two emails are managed via WordPress; they are not managed via Email Management.
The Contact Us form is presently set to send the inquiry to gensec@canberrabushwalkingclub.org
To change the content of the triggered email or the email address:
- Log in to WordPress
- Contact
- Contact Form 1
- Edit
Note that further down the page is ‘Mail2’ which allows you to set the content of the acknowledgment email.
